We would highly recommend O’Sullivan Builders to anyone for some very important  reasons.  They recently built our home in South Haven in a quaint established neighborhood on a very tight city lot.  It wasn’t easy, but we couldn’t be happier with the results.  

We had many custom built-ins and features inside and outside that took exceptional skill and experience to complete.  Their quality and care are first rate.  They were on time and on budget.  Matt O’Sullivan is very easy and flexible to work with as a general contractor for those who wish to participate more in the building planning, execution and process.  Personally, I really appreciated that aspect. 

We enjoyed the entire experience, and we love our new home.

Matt is an incredible builder.   I would do it over again in a heartbeat.  He is honest and trustworthy and has the upmost integrity.  His subs did marvelous work crafting what turned out to be a work of art that my family could live in.  They were clean, punctual and diligent.  Matt's pricing structure was upfront and transparent and at no time did I feel the need to be looking over my shoulder.   I would trust Matt O'Sullivan to build any home.
